Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Since we commit to performing a complete and thorough quality check before shipping your order, we guarantee 100% satisfaction. If in the unlikely event that you find that the product you receive does not fulfill your expectations, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your name, order number, phone number along with the reason and whether you would like a replacement or a refund, within 3 days of the product being delivered, and we will arrange for pickup of the product. We will either process 100% refund or send a fresh replacement provided the product is undamaged, is in its original packaging and passes the quality check. Please note that we will accept returns and replacements to process the refund only if the returned product is in its original condition with proper packaging.
We will accept returns if the product meets any of the following conditions:
pieces that are broken or missing on arrival
the box containing the product is damaged beyond repair during shipping, inhibiting the use of the box as a storage container and organiser.
We shall NOT be held responsible to accept returns if the product:
shows clear signs of deliberate misuse or rough handling (deep scratches or multiple broken pieces)
does not contain pieces in the expected colour
has suffered superficial damage during shipping that does not impair the main function of the product (label damaged, box scratched or dented, minor scratches on the product, torn inner packaging, etc.)
In the event of replacement or return pickups, in cases that the delivery or pickup address pin code is not serviceable, you will need to arrange the products to be sent back to us at your own cost. Our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items. In case the delivery is not executed during all the course of attempts made by the delivery executive, due to the recipient not available / premises locked, etc., you shall bear the additional shipping cost of the order for the new shipment both ways (forward and return shipping charges).
For any additional products to be shipped at special request, shipping and handling charges shall be added to the order.
We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return or replacement without our confirmation. Returns and replacements are accepted only within 3 days of the product being delivered.
No returns, replacements or refunds will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
Events Beyond our Control
Candid Creeda cannot be held liable for any failure to deliver products, or any delay delivery or for any damaged or defective products delivered that is caused due to any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation to strikes, lockdowns and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, floods, fire, explosion or accident and bad climate or weather. However, if such circumstances arise, do contact us and we will do our best to rectify the issue for you.
