Introduction

You will be able to access most parts of this website without registering your details with us. A purchase can be made once you register your details such as Name, email ID, phone number and address which is essential for us to service your order.

Placing an Order

You will be able to place an order with us by ordering via our secure online checkout flow. We will send you the order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that we reserve the right to brand our products.

We may refuse to accept an order under the following circumstances:

Where the products ordered are not available or defective
If we did not obtain authorization for your payment from the payment gateway
If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
If the order is to be delivered to a pin code or location where our courier partners are unable to service.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until we send you shipping information for the order (or the accepted portion thereof). Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that, if we cancel all or a portion of your order or if we provide you less than the quantity you ordered, we will issue a credit to your bank account or store wallet in the form of coupon or cash for the amount charged for the cancelled portion or the quantity not provided.

Pricing

All prices shown in the product pages exclude GST at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of GST, however we shall show GST separately and include it in the total price at the checkout page, whenever applicable.

All offers of reduced price, discounts and product add-ons will be shared and maintained at our discretion. We shall not be liable for reimbursing extra charges incurred in the absence of a discount or outside the validity period of the discount.

For any additional products to be shipped at special request, shipping and handling charges shall be added to the order.

Delivery

We have tied up with several reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 4 -10 business days depending on where you live. All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that the products reach you in perfect condition.

We will initiate the shipment of your products within 24 -48 hours of receiving the order under most circumstances. Our regular working hours are Monday to Saturday 10am - 7:30pm. We process and dispatch orders during these hours. All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends or other regional and national holidays. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the specified timeline, on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot always guarantee delivery in the said time, or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timeline.

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you have provided as the delivery address when you place the order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we shall not be liable for any items which may have not been received by you. Our courier partner will attempt the delivery 3 times and a call will be made to the registered phone number and you can let the delivery executive know a convenient time to deliver your order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address at the time of placing your order.

International Delivery

International delivery is currently not available for our products, and we request you to check with us through email before placing an order. Delivery costs are calculated according to the product quantity and weight, as well as the country it is being shipped to. Please note that the cost of logistics for the order as well as returns or replacements (if required) will be separate and is to be borne by you, and does not follow the same policy for free shipments (when applicable) which we offer to our customers within India.

Tracking your Order

We provide a tracking number on dispatch of your order so that you can track the progress of your delivery. If any issues arise with regards to your shipment, please contact us, so that we can assist you.

Order Cancellation

In case you wish to cancel the order you have placed, you can cancel it within 24 hours from placing the order. The cancellation can be made by contacting us at hello@candidcreeda.com and indicating your name and phone number, as submitted for order placement, along with the reason for cancellation. Your payment amount, if any, shall be transferred to the original mode of payment used while placing the order within 7 working days. An order cancellation cannot be done once the product is dispatched.

Returns Refunds Replacements

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Since we commit to performing a complete and thorough quality check before shipping your order, we guarantee 100% satisfaction. If in the unlikely event that you find that the product you receive does not fulfill your expectations, please contact us at listen@candidcreeda.com, with your name, order number, phone number along with the reason and whether you would like a replacement or a refund, within 3 days of the product being delivered, and we will arrange for pickup of the product. We will either process 100% refund or send a fresh replacement provided the product is undamaged, is in its original packaging and passes the quality check. Please note that we will accept returns and replacements to process the refund only if the returned product is in its original condition with proper packaging.

We will accept returns if the product meets any of the following conditions:

pieces that are broken or missing on arrival
the box containing the product is damaged beyond repair during shipping, inhibiting the use of the box as a storage container and organiser.

We shall NOT be held responsible to accept returns if the product:

shows clear signs of deliberate misuse or rough handling (deep scratches or multiple broken pieces)
does not contain pieces in the expected colour
has suffered superficial damage during shipping that does not impair the main function of the product (label damaged, box scratched or dented, minor scratches on the product, torn inner packaging, etc.)

In the event of replacement or return pickups, in cases that the delivery or pickup address pin code is not serviceable, you will need to arrange the products to be sent back to us at your own cost. Our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items. In case the delivery is not executed during all the course of attempts made by the delivery executive, due to the recipient not available / premises locked, etc., you shall bear the additional shipping cost of the order for the new shipment both ways (forward and return shipping charges).

For any additional products to be shipped at special request, shipping and handling charges shall be added to the order.

We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return or replacement without our confirmation. Returns and replacements are accepted only within 3 days of the product being delivered.

No returns, replacements or refunds will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

Events Beyond our Control

Candid Creeda cannot be held liable for any failure to deliver products, or any delay delivery or for any damaged or defective products delivered that is caused due to any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation to strikes, lockdowns and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, floods, fire, explosion or accident and bad climate or weather. However, if such circumstances arise, do contact us and we will do our best to rectify the issue for you.

Product Safety

The products sold by Candid Creeda on this website and on social media platforms are meant for children above the age of 3 years, as mentioned on the product label. This is because the product contains small pieces that are potential choking hazards for children below the age of 3 years. By purchasing the products sold by Candid Creeda, you accept that these products shall be used by children above the age of 3 years. We shall not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur in case a child (perhaps even a friend, relative, or sibling) comes into contact with the product.
